Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 -20 days at 15°C-18°C. Lees work in the tank.

Tasting Notes:
Pale greenish yellow. Floral aromas with notes of apricot and custard apple. With an expansive flavour, with fresh and pleasant acidity on the palate, it is balanced and leads to an excellent and harmonious finish.
